Do Tags Added in Metadata Upload to Forever®?

Yes, if you have added tags (sometimes called keywords)  in your photo’s metadata, those tags will upload to FOREVER®.

If you don’t see the tags in your uploaded folder, check the following:

1. Did you export the photos from a program? Be sure that you have included metadata, keywords, etc in the export process.
2. Are your photos in a program with facial recognition enabled? Facial Recognition is not tagging. You will need to add tags to each recognized person’s batch of photos. Then export the photos and upload to FOREVER
